Scheme benefits

Keeping your details up to date

Life changes can affect pension benefits for you and your loved ones. For example, your spouse, partner or children could be entitled to a pension from the Scheme in future. So it’s really important that we’ve got their details.

It’s especially important to check we’ve got the right details for the people you want to receive the benefits that are paid when you die. This is something people often forget to do when they get divorced or dissolve a civil partnership.

Also, if you move home, or change your email address, it’s possible we could lose touch with you – and you’d lose touch with your pension. It’s in your best interests to keep your address and contact details up to date.

Check and change your details

To check the details we have for you, log in to the member portal and go to See> Personal details. It’s a good idea to get into the habit of doing this at regular intervals – once a year, for example – so that you can be sure that your personal details are always up to date.
