The member portal is easy to use, safe and secure. Once registered you can:
- check out your pension benefit details
- submit queries online and check their progress through the Gallagher case tracker
- update your personal details if you are a deferred or pensioner member
- update your bank details if you’re receiving a pension
- let us know who you’d like to receive any benefits payable when you die
- see how much your pension benefits could be worth if you decided to transfer them to another scheme
- get a retirement quote to see how much your pension benefits could be worth when you retire
- complete your retirement request online
To register you need your National Insurance number, date of birth and your Unique ID.
Your Unique ID was sent out by post or by email on 28 October. It was sent to you using the contact details held by Aptia, the Scheme’s previous administrator. If you have not received your Unique ID please contact us.

You can view the details of your pension by using your online portal.
The portal is easy to use, safe, and secure. You can update your personal details instantly online.
In order to register to the portal, you'll need the following personal information:
N.I number
Date of birth,
Unique ID
To register, simply visit mysantanderpension.co.uk
Select the portal button on the homepage.
On the login page, you'll need to select the 'First Time User?' button. Complete your details, and select 'submit'. Choose a username and input a password that you'll remember. It will tell you if your password isn't secure enough and what to do to increase the security.
You'll need to include your email address - we recommend it's not work-related - as we'll keep in touch with you via email in the future. You can add your mobile phone number, and remember to select 'yes' if you'd like to receive communications electronically via email.
Check all of your details are correct, and select 'Submit'.
You're now registered on the portal! Why not take some time to view your pension information, and check that your personal details are up-to-date?
